Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our Mobile Applications, Software, Website Development, and IT Solutions in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and business development skills, good knowledge of digital and IT products, and the ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients who require mobile applications, software, websites, and customized IT solutions.
• Generate new business leads through direct visits, calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
• Promote Android and iOS mobile application development services.
• Promote customized software solutions for businesses and organizations.
• Promote website, e-commerce, portal, and web application development services.
• Identify client requirements and coordinate with the technical/development team to propose suitable solutions.
• Arrange client meetings and deliver professional product and service presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up continuously with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Negotiate pricing, project scope, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, maintenance contracts, additional modules, and other IT services.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, technology trends, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, project managers, and management from initial enquiry through project confirmation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
• Experience in IT, software, mobile applications, websites, SaaS, or technology solutions will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of mobile apps, software development, websites, and digital solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and develop new business.
• Good knowledge of the UAE business market.
• Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
