Sales and Marketing Officer - Industrial Catering & Facility Industry
The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting and Offer services to client for catering and facility services to industrial clients. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, preparing sales proposals, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
Key duties include conducting market research, generating leads, coordinating marketing campaigns, participating in industry events, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the catering, hospitality, or facility management industry, preferably industrial catering.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Experience working with industrial clients and knowledge of SAUDI market preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Arabic and English language skills are a plus.
