Overview Of The Role:
• The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding the market reach of the Elevators Division. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry consultants and key contractors, and managing the sales process from initial contact to final delivery. Success in this role necessitates achieving sales targets, proactively addressing customer needs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What You Will Do:
Sales Development
- Identify and target new customers with new sales opportunities.
- Initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Division.
- Achieve revenue and unit sales targets through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention, and efficient sales development strategy.
Relationship Management
- Develop brand image and prequalify brand with industry consultants.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
- Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery, considering lead-times, product specification changes, and customer demand.
Sales Process Management
- Manage every element of the sales process on an individual level, including estimation, preparation/submission of quotations, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/technical submittals.
- Collect market data and perform analysis for lost projects.
- Remain abreast of the latest regulations, standards, and good working practices within the industry related to Elevators and Escalators.
- Perform any other works assigned by superiors from time to time.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
• Proven track record in sales process management and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Self-motivated with effective teamwork and motivational skills.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- 7-10 plus years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid KSA Driving License.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
