Job Description
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition for GCG’s printing and Managed Print Services (MPS) business in Jeddah
The role focuses on enterprise sales, relationship management, and consultative solution selling, ensuring strong customer engagement while delivering sustainable business growth.
A. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, and volume)
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Drive sales across:
• MFPs / Printers / Scanners
• Managed Print Services (MPS)
• Large format & production print (where applicable)
• Identify and close new business opportunities in enterprise and government sectorsB. Account Management & Customer Engagement
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Engage regularly with clients to understand:
• Business needs
• Print environment challenges
• Cost optimization opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high customer satisfactionC. Solution Selling & Value Creation
• Position MPS and print management solutions to optimize customer workflows
• Conduct basic needs assessment and solution presentations
• Work closely with pre-sales and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Drive consultative selling approach vs transactional product salesD. Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with:
• Service team → installation & SLA alignment
• Logistics → timely delivery
• Finance → invoicing and collections
• Ensure smooth order-to-delivery lifecycleE. Market Development (KSA Focus)
• Build presence in Jeddah enterprise market
• Target key sectors:
• Government
• Banking & Financial Services
• Education
• Hospitality
• Stay updated on competition, pricing trends, and customer expectations in KSA4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Revenue target achievement (%)
• Gross margin performance
• Pipeline coverage (3x–4x)
• New customer acquisition
• Customer retention & repeat business
• Collection cycle / DSO adherence
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics / IT / Telecom or related field)Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in printing / MPS / office automation sales
• Strong exposure to corporate and enterprise clients in KSA
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Experience in OEM ecosystem such as:
• Xerox / Canon / Ricoh / Konica Minolta / HP
• Strong understanding of: MFPs, printers, scanners, large format solutions
• Managed Print Services (MPS)
• Sales lifecycle and CRM tools
• Ability to interpret sales performance metrics and pipeline data
Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics / IT / Telecom or related field)
- •5–8 years of experience in printing / MPS / office automation sales
- •Strong exposure to corporate and enterprise clients in KSA
- •Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- •Experience in OEM ecosystem (Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, HP)
- •Strong understanding of MFPs, printers, scanners, MPS
- •Proficiency with Sales lifecycle and CRM tools
Nice to Have
- •Experience in large format production print
- •Experience in government sector sales
- •Knowledge of KSA market trends and competition
