Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Sales Account Manager for ARN Digital part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. You’ll be joining a well-established media network offering strong market presence, high-profile clients, and clear earning potential.

In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of media advertising clients for podcast and digital

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and agencies as a trusted commercial partner

• Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and monthly targets

• Develop tailored commercial proposals that deliver measurable value for clients

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape shifts to stay ahead in the market

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and successful outcomes

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in B2B media sales.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful national sales strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
