Safety & Security Manager (EOI)

Jasara PMC is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Safety & Security Manager - Sports Facilities. This critical role will oversee the development, implementation, and management of safety and security protocols specifically tailored for sports facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment for athletes, staff, and spectators.

We are partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high‑profile sports and recreational facilities in Riyadh. This initiative will create a state‑of‑the‑art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high‑quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure—aligned with the project’s primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction‑supervision expertise to ensure on‑time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security policies and procedures adapted to sports facilities.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate and lead emergency preparedness and response planning for sporting events and daily operations.
• Oversee access control, crowd management, and surveillance systems to ensure facility security.
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff and stakeholders on safety and security best practices.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and effective coordination.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, or safety breaches and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards related to sports facility safety and security, recommending necessary updates.Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Security Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in safety and security management, preferably with a focus on sports or entertainment facilities.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, security protocols, and risk management principles applicable to sports venues.
• Experience in emergency preparedness, crowd control, and incident response planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, CPP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Benefits
