Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Order Management
Answer all in-room dining phone calls promptly, courteously, and following hotel service standards.
Record food and beverage orders accurately and ensure all special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, ingredients, promotions, and hotel offerings.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate.
Coordinate order preparation with the kitchen and notify guests of accurate delivery times.
Operational Duties
Ensure proper use of the POS system for order entry and billing.
Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Assist with updating menus, room collateral, and departmental records.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Administrative & Communication
Confirm guest orders, repeat details for accuracy, and follow up on any special arrangements.
Liaise with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to support guest needs.
Ensure all orders are posted correctly and daily reports are completed as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Saudi National (required).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality, F&B service, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic required.
Professional phone etiquette and a warm, guest-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
