Retail Design Delivery Manager Saudi Arabia

Talentspoc is seeking an experienced Retail Design Delivery Manager for Saudi Arabia to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of retail design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that retail design initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, and retail operations, you will oversee the delivery process from concept through to completion, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of retail design projects across Saudi Arabia, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Lead risk management efforts to identify and mitigate potential project issues.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Support procurement and contract management related to retail design projects.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail design project delivery or construction management, preferably within the retail sector.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
• Strong knowledge of retail design principles, construction processes, and local building codes.
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and quality control.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
