Job Brief
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Consultant to deliver an exceptional showroom experience while helping clients invest in premium precious metals.
You will guide walk-in customers and scheduled appointments through the investment process, build trust with clients, present investment products, manage high-value transactions, and promote additional wealth protection services.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and qualify showroom visitors, referrals, and appointments.
- Present investment-grade gold and silver bars, coins, and branded products.
- Educate clients on purity, certification, provenance, and investment benefits.
- Explain live pricing, spreads, settlement procedures, and market movements.
- Handle high-value transactions accurately and professionally.
- Complete AML/KYC and source-of-funds documentation.
- Generate invoices and maintain transaction records.
- Cross-sell secure storage and buyback services.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding buyback requests.
- Maintain showroom presentation and comply with inventory security procedures.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business.
- 2–4 years' experience in premium retail, luxury jewellery, bullion, luxury watches, or premium financial services.
- Experience handling high-value customer transactions.
- Knowledge of AML and KYC compliance procedures.
- Excellent customer relationship and consultative selling skills.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working with HNW clients.
- Fluent English.
- Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working with troy weights, purity calculations, and pricing spreads.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Base Salary: As per Market Standards

Requirements
