About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Retail team at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Retail Shop. The role is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the retail department by delivering excellent guest service, selling branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products, and ensuring the store remains well-stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Higher secondary or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year operational experience in a guest or customer service setting
- English proficiency (spoken & written)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability and genuine willingness to entertain/engage guests
- Flexibility
- High levels of respect and integrity
Desirable
- Theme Park/water park experience
- Cash handling experience
- Arabic, Russian or Chinese proficiency
