Responsibilities
⢠Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to provide outstanding guest service.
⢠Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize dining flow.
⢠Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
⢠Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
⢠Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in the dining area.
⢠Train and mentor team members to adhere to service protocols and company policies.
⢠Monitor inventory related to service items and communicate needs to management.
⢠Prepare regular reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.Requirements
⢠Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
⢠Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
⢠Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
⢠Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
⢠Exceptional communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
⢠Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
⢠Familiarity with Dubaiās hospitality standards and multicultural guest expectations is preferred.
