Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to provide outstanding guest service.
• Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize dining flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in the dining area.
• Train and mentor team members to adhere to service protocols and company policies.
• Monitor inventory related to service items and communicate needs to management.
• Prepare regular reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality standards and multicultural guest expectations is preferred.
• Hospitality-related certification or degree is advantageous.Benefits
