- Conduct tele-surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and other approved data collection activities in accordance with defined research methodologies.
- Engage with survey respondents professionally to accurately capture responses and relevant information.
- Review survey questionnaires and research requirements to ensure accurate understanding and execution of assigned surveys.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support assigned research topics and survey initiatives.
- Monitor survey progress aligned with agreed targets, timelines, response rates, and completion requirements.
- Prepare and maintain regular survey progress reports, highlighting response rates, completion status, and key observations.
- Review, validate, classify, and record collected survey data to ensure completeness, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or quality issues and coordinate necessary follow-up or corrections.
- Provide support to survey interviewers on survey methodology, questionnaires, processes, and data collection requirements, as required.
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation relating to survey activities, respondent information, data collection, and project progress.
- Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
