JASARA PMC is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the role of Reporting Manager (Sitewide & Durrat) for a mixed-use project. The Reporting Manager will ensure that all reports accurately reflect project progress, risks, and performance, supporting effective decision-making across project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the compilation, validation, and delivery of sitewide and Durrat project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project management teams to gather data, identify reporting requirements, and streamline reporting processes.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to effectively communicate project status and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations in reporting.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
• Coordinate inputs from various teams to produce consolidated and consistent reporting outputs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards for project reporting. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated expertise in mixed-use project reporting.
• Proficient in reporting tools and software, including Excel, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong experience in data analysis, report generation, and project performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver reports within tight deadlines.
