Primary Responsibilities:
- Issue repair disposition (Machining, Weld, Coating, inlays, Pressure Test, FATs) after D&I following all NOV local and global procedure.
- Issue repair Disposition of all NCR raised during repair process & perform RCA.
- Assist Vendors with Technical support during all repair process with NOV Equipment’s.
- Lead and assist the Repair Team during SPS and other major jobs.
- Identify and develop Vendors to repair of NOV Equipment’s, Support Vendors for WPS Qualification.
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:
- Improve efficiency with development of Tools / Instruments / New Equipment’s
- Identify and develop new vendors for repair process.
- Review QC inspection report.
- Assist QC team to develop & review SOW for repair.
- Assist Planning Team to finalize scope for quotes including BOM.
- Assist planning team to provide cost estimation of 3rd party repairs.
- Assist Purchase group to identify local source parts.
- Perform PIB checks during Repair process of equipment at all stages.
- Closely work with Shop Supervisors and provide necessary support.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures
Education/Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree/Diploma in related field.
Experience Required:
- 3+ Years Work Experience in Repair & Inspection of Drilling equipment
- Knowledge in Drilling Equipment Repair process.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Well verse to read mechanical drawings, electrical & hydraulic schematics.
- Computer & Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
- Verbal and written Communication.
- Knowledge in ERP & Tracker system.
- Basic Knowledge in cost estimation
Requirements
- •Engineering Degree or Diploma in a related field
- •3+ years of work experience in Repair Inspection of Drilling equipment
- •Knowledge in Drilling Equipment Repair process
- •Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical hydraulic schematics
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- •Knowledge of ERP Tracker system
- •Basic knowledge in cost estimation
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
