KAIZEN is seeking a highly motivated Relationship Sales Manager to grow and retain mid-size and repeat developer accounts in the UAE. This role is focused on deepening trusted relationships, increasing unit density, and closing higher-value, longer-cycle deals, serving as the core revenue engine of the relationship channel. The successful candidate will operate with independence, reducing the need for senior leadership involvement while driving predictable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Own the end-to-end sales cycle for repeat and mid-size developer accounts
⢠Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with developers
⢠Drive unit density, deal expansion, and higher-value contracts within existing accounts
⢠Manage longer sales cycles with discipline and clarity, ensuring consistent deal progression
⢠Structure commercially sound, scalable deals that meet business objectives
⢠Resolve deals independently to protect senior leadership time, escalating only strategic exceptions
⢠Conduct relationship-led outreach through phone, targeted email, and in-person meetings Requirements
⢠Proven experience in relationship management or enterprise sales within the UAE real estate, property development, or advisory sector.
⢠Demonstrated success managing mid-size or repeat developer accounts with measurable revenue outcomes.
⢠Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, investment dynamics, and regulatory environment.
⢠Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value deals independently.
⢠Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
⢠Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
⢠Bachelorās degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
⢠Possession of a UAE Driving License
⢠Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
