JOB PURPOSE
Emirates NBD Priority Banking constitutes a pivotal segment within the Retail Banking Sector, overseeing relationships with affluent clients. Our team offers a diverse array of specialized products, services and tailored experiences to cater to the discerning requirements of both individual and corporate customers. As a Relationship Manager – Emerging Affluent within the Priority Banking division, your primary objective is to provide outstanding service to your clientele. Your responsibilities involve the growth and maintenance of comprehensive client relationships, including everything from initial profiling to addressing their Forex, Liabilities and Asset requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for portfolios and serving salaried individuals, earning a specific salary range. This role presents an exciting opportunity to excel in relationship management within our esteemed banking environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate and sustain virtual relationships with clients to retain them through dedicated relationship management efforts, addressing service quality and operational concerns.
- Achieve financial targets by selling and cross-selling bank products, focusing on portfolio and asset growth, wealth referrals and successful closure of referrals and Forex transactions.
- Adhere to operational risk policies, sales processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with KYC procedures and safeguarding Emirates NBD’s reputation.
- Ensure daily customer contact is maintained and monitored to guarantee all portfolio clients receive necessary support and assistance.
- Maintain exceptional service quality to positively influence CSAT scores within your portfolio.
- Complete mandatory training and certifications promptly while maintaining punctuality, meeting deadlines and adhering to Emirates NBD’s dress code policy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education - University Degree in Business or Finance.
- Experiences - 1 to 3 years in a sales role within the Financial services/Banking industry. - Experience across a wide range of Banking areas, e.g. Retail and Wealth Management.
