As a Relationship Manager - in Elite Segment your role is to acquire, grow and deepen WM Banking relationships through effective relationship management, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of WM customers’ financial and investment needs, with an aim to meet the budgeted volumes. Ensure adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Drive new business growth by acquiring clients and achieving defined sales targets across all Wealth Management (WM) products.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to enhance portfolio value, increase share of wallet, and maximize revenue generation.
• Manage a high-value and sensitive client portfolio, ensuring personalized engagement and superior service delivery.
• Assess client needs, potential, and profitability, both for new prospects and the existing portfolio, to optimize business outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, including KYC, AML guidelines, and internal policies to maintain risk-free business practices.
• Offer tailored financial solutions aligned with clients’ risk profiles and investment objectives across a diversified product suite.
• Stay updated on global and local market trends, including equities, bonds, commodities, and economic developments, to provide informed advisory.
• Expand portfolio coverage by consistently engaging clients through regular meetings and proactive relationship management.
• Cross-sell and refer banking products such as Mortgage, SME, and other business lines to drive overall bank revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reporting, ensuring timely tracking of performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Actively contribute to business development initiatives, including client events, corporate presentations, and achieving NTB acquisition targets.What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Certification for selling investment products or related instruments
• At least 3-4 years of experience in banking, WM and relationship management or customer service preferably in a similar HNWI relationship management job
• Experience in advisory level on investment product offerings
• Personal Banking credit skillsWhat You Should Have:
• Knowledge of local legal system as applicable to Banking
• Anti-Money laundering guidelines and ability to source only legitimate business
• Awareness of Central Bank guidelines & regulations
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation and impersonal skills
• Good computer skills with the ability to generate and interpret MIS
• Should have a good knowledge of WM retail products

Requirements
