ā¢ Be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients and the public about various health conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.

ā¢ Facilitate the process of safe patient`s admission, transfer and discharge.
ā¢ Support the execution of business continuity plans by maintaining essential nursing services during emergencies, follow established protocols to ensure patient safety, and collaborate with the healthcare team to sustain operational effectiveness.
ā¢ Actively participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement.
