Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs and provide expert advice on hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends to enhance hiring strategies.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote Rgheeb as an employer of choice.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting to analyze the effectiveness of hiring practices. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing tools and techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
