As the Recognition & Partnership Engagement Specialist – Business Partner (6 Months Temporary Contract), you will drive the implementation of the recognition and partnership strategy, alongside the operational delivery of employee recognition and partnership programmes, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement across the Emirates Group. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to design, implement and continuously enhance initiatives that align with the Group’s mission, vision and values, while supporting employee motivation, engagement and retention.

In this role, you will:

• Drive the development and implementation of recognition and partnership initiatives that align with organisational goals and enhance programme engagement.
• Collect and analyse programme data, dashboards, insights and stakeholder feedback to measure performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise programme delivery, effectiveness and adoption through KPIs, metrics and action plans.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting and financial tracking to ensure effective use of resources and long-term programme sustainability.
• Lead engagement strategies with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders and senior management to assess recognition priorities and organisational needs.
• Design and implement initiatives, campaigns and activations that drive programme awareness, engagement and adoption across the organisation.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of recognition events and campaigns, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, audience engagement and post-event analysis.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience managing employee engagement, recognition and/or reward programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

You’ll have an edge if you have:

• Experience designing and implementing employee recognition programmes.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with recognition platforms, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience interpreting data, managing KPIs and delivering insights to support programme optimisation.
