Real Estate - Holiday Homes Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental occupancy and revenue for the holiday homes department.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to inform pricing strategies and property selection.

• Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, including negotiating rental agreements and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns, utilizing a variety of channels such as online listings, social media, and direct mail.

• Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure properties are in excellent condition and meet guests' expectations.

• Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures to ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.

• Manage the booking and reservation system, handling inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints that arise.

• Monitor financial performance of the department, including revenue, expenses, and budget, and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations related to the holiday homes industry and ensure compliance at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration real estate, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in a similar role within the holiday homes or vacation rental industry at least 5 years.

• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations pertaining to holiday homes and short-term rentals.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners and guests.

• Proficiency in property management software and systems.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

• Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.

• Must Rera License.

• Must Driving License.
