What You Will Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, investors, and end-users in the Dubai real estate market.
• Source, list, and market premium off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Conduct professional viewings, negotiate terms, and aggressively close sales and leasing deals.
• Leverage our custom CRM to nurture leads, maintain your pipeline, and track your conversion metrics.
• Stay ahead of market trends, developer launches, and regulatory changes in the UAE.Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2–3 years of verifiable success in the Dubai real estate market (Secondary or Off-Plan).
• Certified & Ready: Active RERA certification is strictly required.
• Networked: A strong existing database of investors, buyers, and sellers.
• Driven by ROI: You treat your desk like your own business and thrive in a 100% commission, high-stakes environment.
