Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
• Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis to help them make informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for all parties.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
• Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to real estate transactions in compliance with legal requirements.

• Valid real estate broker license as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent with a successful track record of closed deals.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property values, and financing options.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with real estate software, MLS databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer service.
This is a commission-only position.
