Role Overview:
As a Property Consultant at Asico, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionalsRequirements
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Requirements
