- Business Controls & Risk Oversight: Support leadership with the analysis, interpretation, and application of business controls to mitigate operational vulnerabilities and safeguard compliance.
- PMO & Strategic Alignment: Integrate quality engineering principles into PMO planning and program management phases, contributing directly to divisional and corporate goals.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience: 5 years of proven success in a Senior Quality, Compliance, or Governance Specialist role within the Express, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics industry.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline or years of experience will be considered.
- Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with Enterprise Quality Management Systems (eQMS), document control protocols, and business controls environments.
- Competencies & Skills: Exemplary accuracy and attention to detail, strong planning and organizing capabilities, sound judgment and decision-making skills, and proven problem-solving expertise.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory information into executive briefings and regional training modules.
- Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% regionally across SSA, India, and UAE, with occasional international travel.
