QA/QC Manager (EOI)

JASARA PMC is excited to announce an Expression of Interest for the position of QA/QC Manager - Rail for our upcoming rail projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest level of quality in the design and construction phases of rail infrastructure projects. You will oversee the development and implementation of robust quality assurance and control processes tailored to rail sector standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement quality management systems specifically for rail projects to comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead inspections and audits to ensure all construction activities meet quality specifications and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to set quality goals and monitor performance against those targets.
• Provide comprehensive quality-related training and support to project personnel.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Act as the primary liaison for quality assurance with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC management, with a focus on rail or large-scale transportation projects for 10 years.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices specific to the rail industry.
• Proven ability to lead quality audits and inspections effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications in quality management (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
