Public Area Attendant
Are you detail-oriented, hardworking, and proud of creating clean, welcoming spaces? We are looking for a Public Area Attendant who will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests and colleagues.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Cleaning and maintaining hotel public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts, offices, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensuring public spaces are consistently clean, organized, and well presented.
• Replenishing amenities and supplies in public restrooms and common areas.
• Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost & found items promptly.
• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Following hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Assisting during events or high-traffic periods when required.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What we need from you:
• Previous experience as a Public Area Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant is an advantage.
• Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements
