Analyze tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements
- Gain clarity on construction methods and project scop
- Prepare invitation to bid packages for suppliers and subcontractors
- Evaluate bids both technically and commercially
- Assist in compiling bid tabulations and recommend preferred suppliers/sub-contractors
- Attend client meetings with Manager to address commercial and technical queries
- Provide insights and technical clarifications as required
- Prepare a synopsis of tender requirements including terms such as payment, insurance, liabilities, warranties, liquidated damages, and bonds
- Consult with Legal Advisor to ensure compliance and protect company interests
- Collate and prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client specifications
- Submit proposals to Manager for review and approval prior to client submission
- Prepare technical and commercial documents post-award for handover to Project Manager, Project Controls, and relevant operational departments
- Ensure seamless transition and clarity on project requirements
- Attend site visits as necessary to gather relevant project information
- Coordinate with estimators and budget controllers to ensure accurate cost estimations and pricing efficiency
- Ensure all activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to safety and environmental practices
Requirements
