KBR is looking for Project Timekeeper to manage and maintain accurate records of employee work hours. This role is essential to ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
Responsibilities:
• Track and record daily work hours for all site employees
• Verify timesheets, labor distributions, and wage computations
• Process payroll adjustments and ensure accurate posting and balancing
• Generate and maintain payroll reports, including project-specific summaries
• Ensure payroll closure is completed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain compliance with Saudi labor regulations, including leave entitlements and overtime
Qualifications:
• Diploma in accounting, payroll, or HR
• Minimum 5 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
