Role Overview
The Project Sales Specialist – Office Furniture will be responsible for developing and closing B2B office furniture projects from initial opportunity to final sales closure. This role requires a proactive professional with proven experience in project sales, strong knowledge of office furniture products, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities within the B2B office furniture market.
- Build and maintain client relationships with corporate clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Assess client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions based on specifications and budget.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations to secure new business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close project sales in line with company targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, specifications, and order requirements.
- Maintain updated sales pipeline and follow up on active opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project sales of office furniture.
- Strong background in B2B sales to corporate and institutional clients.
- Experience preparing RFQs, quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and office layout drawings.
- Knowledge of office furniture products, specifications, and project requirements.
- Established network of corporate clients and contacts within the Saudi office furniture market is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Collaboration
The Project Sales Specialist will work closely with:
- Internal departments such as Marketing, Product Development, Purchasing, and Accounts.
- Senior management to report on sales performance and project outcomes.
