Alomar Holding Company, a leading investment group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Office Engineer to join its real estate development team in Riyadh. As part of a dynamic and diversified organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality projects that align with the Kingdom’s vision for sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include:
• Monitor project progress and completion percentages, identifying and highlighting deviations from planned schedules.
• Prepare and update periodic project reports detailing progress, challenges, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and follow up on purchase orders, facilitating effective communication between internal departments.
• Support the implementation of project governance and adherence to internal procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment between project plans and actual execution.
• Assist in tracking project schedules, managing deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support decision-making and compliance.Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural)
• 3–4 years of experience in project management or related roles
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Proficiency with Odoo (ERP/procurement), Microsoft Excel (including dashboards), and PowerPoint for project reporting
• Solid understanding of real estate development and construction project lifecycle (planning, execution, handover)
• Experience tracking project progress, managing schedule deviations, and implementing corrective actions
• Experience coordinating work across multiple internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance)
• Fluent professional proficiency in Arabic and English
• Saudi work authorization with a valid Iqama
• Based in Saudi Arabia and able to work on-site in Riyadh, including conducting site visits several times per week
• Available to start within 30 days or less
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting real estate development or construction projects, particularly residential buildings
• Working knowledge of project governance, internal controls, and compliance with company procedures
• Experience producing periodic project status reports covering progress, risks/issues, and corrective actions
• Knowledge of Saudi municipality processes (Balady), permits, and approvals
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and construction regulations
