WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal role in driving both work winning and operational delivery across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This strategic role brings together business development and project execution, contributing directly to the organisation’s growth and long term success in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective mobilisation and delivery of projects from award through to completion.

As a key driver of growth and delivery performance, the Project Manager will lead capture strategies and tender submissions for major public and private sector clients, while maintaining oversight of project execution, commercial performance, and delivery outcomes post award.

Key requirements include:

• Strong commercial acumen and contractual awareness.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
• Proven experience in winning and delivering major projects.
• Ability to operate strategically while retaining hands on delivery oversight.
