Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, establishing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring progress against established milestones
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, deliverables, risk management strategies, and quality assurance protocols
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports to maintain accurate project records
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial targets
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical matters to senior management as needed
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and coordination sessions to ensure alignment among all project stakeholders
• Review and approve project deliverables for quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications and contractual requirements
• Manage project scope and control changes through formal change management processes, evaluating impacts on schedule, budget, and resources
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Lead project closeout activities including final inspections, documentation handover, lessons learned sessions, and post-project evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive project management experience with demonstrated success managing complex projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
• Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry standards
• Experience with contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple competing demands
• Strong financial acumen including budget development, cost control, and financial reporting
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration toolsLocation:
