Support to develop and administer project management plans and processes to successfully deliver projects while meeting the cost, timescale and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies.

In this Project Manager position

• Support administration of project management plans and processes for successful execution of projects
• Prepare estimates of costs, resource requirements and time required to complete projects
• Design, communicate and implement an operational plan for completing a project
• Maintain project expenditure in line with defined project budget
• Track project milestones, report progress and performance against the project plan
• Assist in project related coordination activities such as developing schedules, budgets and forecasts
• Resolve operational problems and minimize delays in the delivery of projects
• Deliver administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress report
• Support implementation of project results to create targeted impact
• Apply understanding of business processes to administer project processes and solutions
• May provide functional advice or training to less experience positions Stakeholders

• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
• Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function
• Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
• Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships Management Responsibility

Education Level

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification Experience Level

• More than 2 years
