Project Manager/ Agile Coach - 9-Month Engagement

Location: Mecca, KSA.
Years of Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
Project Duration: 9 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Starting Date: as soon as possible.

We are seeking a Project Manager / Agile Coach to support a public-sector engagement focused on enhancing organizational agility and leading project delivery. The role combines structured project management oversight with agile coaching and team enablement, ensuring effective execution and adoption of agile practices within government environments.

Key Requirements

•
Minimum 10 years of experience

•
Proven experience in Project Management

• Proven experience in agile coaching

•
Proven experience working with the public sector and government entities in Saudi Arabia

• Certified Scrum Master (mandatory)

•
Experience leading projects using agile methodologies

Other Qualifications

•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

•
Strong leadership and facilitation skills

•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

•
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

•
Ability to work under tight deadlines and within structured government environments

Key Responsibilities

•
Lead and manage project activities throughout the engagement lifecycle

•
Coach and train teams on agile principles, Scrum practices, and iterative delivery

•
Support adoption of agile methodologies within government entities

•
Align agile practices with project governance and reporting requirements

•
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies

•
Prepare status reports and executive updates

•
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies

•
Support continuous improvement initiatives across teams
