Job Overview
The Project Consultant at Tarjama& will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex programs that drive process improvement and scalability within our language and localization services. This role demands excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
Program Leadership
• Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment
with company goals and client expectations.
• Develop and implement program strategies that drive efficiency and quality in service delivery.
• Monitor program progress and adjust plans as needed, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Foster collaboration between various departments, including operations, sales, product, and
technology teams, to ensure successful program execution.
• Facilitate regular program status meetings and reporting to keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of
contact for program-related inquiries.
• Communicate effectively to understand stakeholder needs and gather feedback to enhance program delivery.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into program
status, challenges, and outcomes.
• Evaluate program outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the technology or localization industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
