Project Execution Lead - EPC

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Project Execution Lead with EPC experience, specifically with a background in working with Aramco, to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.

The work location would be at Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with various project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting to meet project objectives.
• Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Aramco.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing conditions.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and archived for future reference.Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of extensive experience in project execution within the EPC sector, with specific experience in projects for Aramco.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale EPC projects, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including PMP or similar certifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments, balancing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Familiarity with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) regulations in the industrial sector.
