Job Description

As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.

• Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.

• Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.

• Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.

• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.

• Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.

• May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.

• May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• UAE National with family book.
• Experience performing architectural/engineering calculations and technical analyses.
• Proven ability to prepare specifications, reports, and data tables.
• Strong skills in preparing, reviewing, and approving architectural drawings.
• Experience working collaboratively with design and drafting teams.
• Ability to manage complex technical assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
• Experience supporting training, mentorship, or evaluation of junior design/drafting staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
