- Taking the direction from the Account Director on the program strategy and business objectives to get that translated into actionable marketing through the team members.
- Cross functional coordination and demonstrate high level of understanding with loyalty related activities and bring synergy among all stake holders.
- Plan and execute loyalty initiatives to bring engagement among program members, revenue and participation from partners.
- Responsible for executing all strategic initiatives for the program that ensures a flawless customer experience, base retention, build imagery and create a positive image for the program and company.
- Budget planning, financial matters, new investments, building and evaluating business cases for new launches, promotions, new projects etc.
- Representing the loyalty department in front of management, other functions and execution teams so as they are updated on program achievements and requirements.
- Build documents, presentations and spread sheets on new projects, program updates, analytics, new insights and all initiatives under program.
- Build presentations for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Periodic reviews for management
- Build case studies on the program achievements and map with competition.
- Manage the day-to-day program operations not limited to direct marketing, insights based planning, cross coordination with Partnership, Insights, Ops, promotions and Marcom teams.
- Identify and work to identify new business opportunities and competition in the market
- Coordinate and launch the program campaigns and promotions as per the agreed roadmap and be an active member in handling the marcom related activities.
- Excellent understanding of loyalty marketing and current trends
- Highly Analytical with a full understanding of the dependency of data within marketing programs and understanding of best practices for working with and analyzing data to derive business insight.
- Strong financial management/ budget control
- Strong presentation skills both in development and delivery
- Demonstrable creative and strategic thinking. Strong writing skills
- Strong enthusiasm and knowledge of loyalty programs and CRM
- 7+ years’ experience of working on CRM and Loyalty programs on the Vendor side.
- 3+ years’ experience in program and account management role
- Experience in the Telecom or loyalty industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent from an accredited university

Requirements
- •7+ years of experience working on CRM and Loyalty programs on the Vendor side
- •3+ years of experience in program and account management roles
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- •Excellent understanding of loyalty marketing and current trends
- •Highly analytical with a strong understanding of data dependency in marketing
- •Strong financial management and budget control skills
- •Strong presentation skills in both development and delivery
- •Strong writing skills and demonstrable creative/strategic thinking
Nice to Have
- •Experience in the Telecom or loyalty industry
