Organizational Unit Purpose
The Emirates Islamic Wealth Management unit focuses on developing and managing tailored wealth solutions for High-Net-Worth Individuals. The unit offers a diversified range of Shariah-compliant investment products across multiple asset classes, including Sukuk, funds, equities, and structured products. Working closely with sales channels and key internal stakeholders, the team continuously enhances its product proposition to meet evolving customer needs and market opportunities. Through strong product expertise, effective stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement, the unit aims to grow its investment portfolio, deliver an excellent customer experience, and increase its contribution to the Bank’s overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of Wealth Management products, services, and customer propositions.
- Coordinate with Shariah, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to obtain required approvals.
- Support the development and implementation of new investment products based on business and customer needs.
- Liaise with Operations and Back Office teams to ensure the smooth booking and processing of investment transactions.
- Conduct business testing for new processes and system enhancements, resolve product-related queries, and maintain procedural documents.
Requirements & Skills
- Postgraduate qualification, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Three to five years of financial-services experience, with exposure to investment products and project management.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, including Sukuk, funds, equities, and structured products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
