Product Manager, Medical Devices - META

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteThe Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the growth and success of assigned portfolios (Acute Care & Sage) for META region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Katar, Türkiye, South Africa etc.). This role combines market intelligence, customer insights, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen product positioning and deliver business results.

As an individual contributor, you will work independently while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service, Events and other key stakeholders. You will use market and customer insights to identify opportunities, shape product strategies, support new product launches, and enhance the value delivered to healthcare professionals and patients.

What You Will Do

• Develop product strategies and marketing plans that align with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.

• Analyze market and competitive dynamics, identifying trends, customer needs, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decisions.

• Drive product positioning and messaging, clearly articulating product value and differentiation across relevant customer segments.

• Partner with Sales and commercial teams to develop sales tools, training strategies, communication plans, and other resources that support commercial execution.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives including product launches, business cases, project plans, clinical evidence initiatives, and product lifecycle activities.

• Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to strengthen customer engagement and inform product and marketing strategies.

• Monitor business performance and KPIs, providing recommendations and actionable insights to leadership and commercial stakeholders.

• Support pricing and portfolio decisions, including pricing analysis, product lifecycle planning, and recommendations for future growth opportunities.

What You Will Need

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4 years of relevant professional experience in product management, marketing, or commercial strategy.

• Strong understanding of market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and product positioning.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree.

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry.

• Experience of working with sales, or customer-facing teams.

Travel Percentage: 50%
