The Product Development Director is responsible for leading the end-to-end product development strategy, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of innovative products and solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and overall company growth strategy.
• Track product performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business development efforts with product-based solutions and proposals. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in product development, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Strong experience in leading product teams or product strategy in complex environments.
• Background in consulting, tech-enabled services, or digital transformation is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable product solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality
