Procurement Intelligence Specialist

Key Accountabilities

• Data accuracy & authenticity for Balance Score Card reporting. Timely production of reports
• Development of new Analytics & Business Intelligence techniques
• Supplier Relationship Management Process & Policy improvement
• Timely & efficient processing of supplier registration requests
• Introduction of SRM techniques. Coordination with strategic suppliers, BU and Sourcing for SRM
• Development of reports/analysis to help manage suppliers in a better way
• Effective monitoring of departmental budget
• Involvement of Business Units in Supplier Performance Evaluation
• Timely completion of Supplier Performance Evaluation
• Implementation of Process changes through ERP. Vendor Master Data ManagementQualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering requiredExperience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years Procurement Operations
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of Supplier Relationship Management
• Minimum of (2) two years of business intelligence and data management
• Good working knowledge telecom Procurement & SCM on both the Technical and Commercial SideSkills:

• Must have strong analytical, project management, and consulting skills,
• Must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word); ERP/OBI/ARIS systems experience is a plus.
