2. Job Purpose
• Meeting with applicants, provide them with all the required information about the finance and answering all their question regarding the process.
• Collect all the required documents as per the advised check list & advice the customer with the next step.
• Attend customer’s queries over the phone and proactively update them on the progress of their file.
• Source the deal in the system, send the file to the credit department & follow up with them till the final approval.
• Co-ordinate between the Sales support unit, Home Finance Operation, MBRHE department & the customer for the completion of document issuance, collateral collation, mortgage, & deal booking.
