We are seeking a Principal – Digital Delivery to own and engineer the digital backbone of architectural project delivery.
This is a senior technical role for someone who goes beyond traditional BIM management and coordination. The focus is information architecture, interoperability, data integrity, automation, and analytics—ensuring that design data is reliable, structured, and usable throughout the lifecycle of architectural projects.
Working in close partnership with the Digital Lead, this role owns how architectural information is structured, exchanged, validated, and reported. Success is measured by digital reliability: projects that move fast, iterate safely, and deliver without data loss, rework, or manual policing.
Requirements
- •Senior technical expertise in digital delivery
- •Experience beyond traditional BIM management
- •Focus on information architecture, interoperability, and data integrity
- •Proficiency in automation and analytics for architectural projects
- •Ability to partner with Digital Lead on information structuring and exchange
Nice to Have
- •Experience with fast-moving projects
- •Ability to enable safe iteration and data integrity
- •Understanding of lifecycle data management
Responsibilities
