Whether you're seeking excitement, relaxation, or cultural enrichment, we offer something for everyone.About the RoleWe are looking for a Director, Digital & Technology Portfolio to lead and shape our enterprise‑wide digital roadmap across AI, innovation, and transformation initiatives. This senior leadership role will drive portfolio governance, demand management, and digital onboarding to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery across our leisure and entertainment assets.Reporting to the VP - Digital & Technology, you will act as a key bridge between the business and the Digital & Technology Department, ensuring committed capabilities are delivered, new assets are onboarded effectively, and portfolio performance is continuously optimized. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and govern the Digital & Technology portfolio, including PMO and Demand Management functions
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, standards, KPIs, and reporting
• Oversee the PMO framework from ideation through execution and transition to operations
• Drive demand intake, prioritization, budgeting, and roadmap planning
• Manage onboarding of new development projects and multi‑initiative programs
• Partner with business leaders and external vendors to deliver strategic digital outcomes
• Develop and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and support financial planning
• Lead, mentor, and performance‑manage PMO and Demand teams Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
• PMP or Prince2 and ITIL Foundation certification
• 10+ years’ experience managing Digital and IT portfolios / PMOs
• Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and business analysis skills
