As Population Health Strategy Manager within our General Medicines team, you'll shape the management of people at risk of developing or with Type 1 diabetes by adapting global screening and monitoring strategies to Saudi Arabia for our first-in-class therapy in Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes. Main responsibilities:
- Conduct ecosystem mapping to identify key healthcare players including Centers of Excellence, referral centers, hospitals, infusion centers, and labs across Saudi Arabia
- Build partnerships with public health leaders and clinical leads at key accounts to educate on the importance of early Type 1 diabetes detection
- Identify and remove operational barriers around screening and monitoring throughout the patient pathway
- Design and implement collaborative care pathways and projects while supporting new screening initiatives for early detection
- Engage external stakeholders including professional associations and prevention networks to create T1D pathway awareness
- Build evidence-based, non-promotional narratives that act as catalysts within the T1D pathway
- Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure for early detection to ensure smooth care pathways
About you
- Experience: 5 years in commercial or medical pharmaceutical/medical devices with project management and external-facing tactical execution experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or Public Health
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong networking and negotiation capabilities, agile working style with creativity and team collaboration
- Additional capabilities: Self-driven and results-oriented mindset, ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver insights analysis
- Languages: Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
- Preferred experience: Specialty disease area background, marketing experience, and diabetes experience are advantageous

Requirements
