Poolside Restaurant & Bar Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Al Seef – our poolside restaurant & bar.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards, and delivering a relaxed yet exceptional guest experience. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, especially during peak periods, while continuously driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1–2 years in a similar role.

Core Responsibilities Managing Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the poolside restaurant & bar

• Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met

• Support operations on the floor during busy periods

• Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest needs

Leading the Team

• Lead, motivate, and develop a young and dynamic team

• Act as a role model, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment

• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to improve team performance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Guest Experience

• Deliver a friendly, engaging, and memorable guest experience

• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally

• Continuously look for ways to enhance service and guest satisfaction

• Be present on the floor and actively interact with guests

People & Performance

• Set clear expectations and monitor team performance

• Support training and development initiatives

• Promote a culture of recognition, respect, and teamwork

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in cost control, inventory, and basic financial management

• Ensure compliance with food safety and beverage regulations

• Support overall outlet performance and continuous improvement
