Policies & Procedures/ Strategy Manager - 1-Year Engagement

<p>We are seeking a Policies & Procedures/ Strategy Senior Consultant/ Manager with 7–8 years of consulting experience to play a key role in delivering a government-focused strategy engagement. The position is primarily centered around policies and procedures, alongside involvement in strategy delivery, KPI setting, and ongoing client advisory.</p>

<ul data-start="764" data-end="1408">
<li data-start="764" data-end="855">7–8 years of experience within management consulting or similar strategy-focused roles.</li>
<li data-start="764" data-end="855">Strong capability in policies and procedures development (this is a key requirement).</li>
<li data-start="764" data-end="855">Practical experience in executing strategy, building KPI frameworks, and managing performance.</li>
<li data-start="764" data-end="855">Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li data-start="764" data-end="855">Ability to handle multiple workstreams effectively and deliver within tight deadlines.</li>

<ul>

<li data-start="3207" data-end="3303">Support strategic assessments, benchmarking exercises, and updates to existing strategies.</li>
<li data-start="3207" data-end="3303">Break down strategic objectives into clear initiatives and define their scope.</li>
<li data-start="3207" data-end="3303">Establish KPIs, develop performance dashboards, and implement tracking tools.</li>
<li data-start="3207" data-end="3303">Address ad hoc client requirements, including investment-related analysis, partnership reviews, and preparation of executive-level presentations.</li>
<li data-start="3207" data-end="3303">Organize and lead workshops while collaborating closely with senior client stakeholders.</li>
