We are seeking a Policies & Procedures/ Strategy Senior Consultant/ Manager with 7–8 years of consulting experience to play a key role in delivering a government-focused strategy engagement. The position is primarily centered around policies and procedures, alongside involvement in strategy delivery, KPI setting, and ongoing client advisory.
Key Requirements
• 7–8 years of experience within management consulting or similar strategy-focused roles.
• Strong capability in policies and procedures development (this is a key requirement).
• Practical experience in executing strategy, building KPI frameworks, and managing performance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams effectively and deliver within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, evaluate, and refine policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
• Support strategic assessments, benchmarking exercises, and updates to existing strategies.
• Break down strategic objectives into clear initiatives and define their scope.
• Establish KPIs, develop performance dashboards, and implement tracking tools.
• Address ad hoc client requirements, including investment-related analysis, partnership reviews, and preparation of executive-level presentations.
• Organize and lead workshops while collaborating closely with senior client stakeholders.

Requirements
