The PMO Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting PMO operations through project tracking, reporting, coordination, and governance activities. The role contributes to ensuring smooth execution of projects and maintaining alignment between project teams and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Support PMO operations across projects and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and action items.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely updates and deliverables.
• Support implementation of PMO methodologies, templates, and standards.
• Assist in meeting coordination, follow-up activities, and action tracking.
• Support issue escalation and risk monitoring processes.
• Contribute to improving PMO reporting and operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of project-related data and documentation. Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management support roles.
• Experience in consulting, transformation, or enterprise environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of PMO governance and project management principles.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
